My birth doula package includes all the services listed below! I offer a military, first responder, and teacher discount. There are various payment plan options. Feel free to reach out for a FREE consultation!!
Services
Prenatal Visit
Depending on when we meet and how far along you are we will have 1-3 prenatal visits! During these visits we will go over everything you want for your birth and different techniques for support! We will also develop a birth plan and go over different scenarios so that we are fully confident in any decisions that we may make during your labor. Ofcourse I will be available for any questions or concerns between these! non-emergency questions from 9am-8pm and ofcourse anytime in an emergency!
Alternative Advice
I will also provide resources, and information as needed or even just if you want throughout our time together! We will discuss many things about how you want your birth to be, and I will provide any and all resources for you to help make that happen!
Basic Lactation Support
We will go over all things lactation before birth at your prenatal appointments so that we are prepared for when baby arrives. I will provide immediate lactation support post birth during that first latch if needed. I will also answer any question I can about lactation and breastfeeding during the postpartum period. If you are struggling, I will also provide resources for you so you can get all the support you need!
Labor Support
I am on call for your birth from 37weeks until baby arrives! I will discuss with you at our prenatal appointments about when you want me to meet you in your labor. I will be available for any calls or texts during the early times! I will stay for the entirety of the labor once I arrive to support you! I will advocate for you, suggest comfort measures and movements and I will listen to your needs!! I will do my best to answer any and all questions you may have! We will work together to bring your baby into this world!
Birth Doula
I am a birth doula! I am there for you during your birth for support, no matter how or where you decide to give birth. As your doula, my goal is to provide you with all the tools you need for a successful birth! However, that birth looks to you! I want you to feel empowered, in control, and confident in your ability to give birth to your baby! I am there with you before, during and after labor!
Postpartum home visit
I offer 2 home visit postpartum to check up on mom and baby! This is usually scheduled 1-3 weeks after the delivery to give the family quality time before I invade the space! If you feel you need me sooner, I can definitely come before then! I will be available for support through text and phone calls during this time till 6 weeks postpartum
